I want to model RC tall building by ansys workbench and I do not want to go ansys apdl .In ansys workbench if we assume the material as isotropic and homogeneous the result will be depending on only modulus of elasticity and poisons ratio. in addition to that how can I get modulus of elasticity of RC ? is that model will represent the real one?
The safe answer is not to create any model until you know the answer to many more questions including how to check whether the results are reasonable. You should be able to define the nominal and ultimate loadings, decide if you need answers in the elastic or plastic range, understand how the foundations might affect the building's behaviour, etc. Much better to start with a 3D frame model and get some understanding of how the building behaves before trying Ansys.
For linear analysis of RC structures you should apply what is called stiffness modifier to model the cracking behaviour as stated in ACI318 or in this text:

Applying these reductions can be done generally through assigning a smaller inertia for the elements used.
