The phone have 'Head SAR' of 0,527 W/kg, and I give exposure to male Mus Musculus 3G (2100 MHz) and 4G (1800MHz) each group for 1 hour per day for 30 day. Is the result will be the same in human? Or does it need different duration of exposure to have the same expected results?

SAR specific absorption rate is a characteristic of type of the radiation especially its frequency and the nature of the the body.
I assume the great difference will be in the reflectance. As for the absorbance with be more or less the same since the body is large enough to to absorb all the radiations penetrated to it.
You can investigate this point measured for mice and humans.
You can make a correlation between the two.
I mean specific must applies only for such specific objects!

Of course ,you can measure the SAR as you mentioned.Simply you have to use the surface area of mice at place of human body. At corresponding frequency in SAR chart issued by department of telecommunication( DOT)
