Can i insert the transposase (tol2 tpase) plasmid along with my transformed plasmid in zebrafish embryo?

Instead of inserting my transformed plasmids (my sequences of interest) with the transposase mRNA in zebrafish embryo, can I just insert both plasmids at the same time?

It can be done if the plasmid with the transposase has a promoter and ribosomal binding site that are compatible with your model organism.
