I'm using ACM to simulate the population balance equation (considering only nucleation and aggregation).
I keep getting an "integrator corrector failed" error, and I'm not sure where the problem is.
Any help on this error is appreciated.

Please check the unused components in Aspen. if any component is not involve. you can remove and then run the simulation.

I'm not using any components in my simulation, the error indicates a problem with the variable bounds and in the error messages box I can see one of the derivative values exceeding the default value.

This error may arise due to operating conditions. You can try to minimize the boundary condition values or the limits that you are currently using.
