For a meta-analysis study, I want to find the age of onset of the illness using the age and the duration of illness values in the studies. Can I find the mean and SD values of the age of onset of the illness in these studies using the mean and SD values of the duration of illness and age of the groups?

The short answer is no.
If you approximate them by left-shifting the distribution, you assume that the precision is the same for both age of onset and duration of illness and this is a totally false assumption. Your best option would be to contact the authors of the studies and ask for this data.

Even in normal distribution it will be false, should know every data point to calculate mean and sd values.
