Can I find in Matlab/Simulink a simulation of air flow in complex shaped 3D forms?

I have a sensor with some holes and channels capturing the air flow from external wind. I want to know if there are some simulations (preferable in Matlab/Simulink) to calculate the air flow speed inside the internal channels.
