Hello everyone,

Recently, I did tensile tests for 1.4512 specimen in order to achive Johnson-Cook parameters. As you can see, my stress-strain curve is concave shaped (picture below) in place, where it should be linear. In this case I couldn't use 0,2% offset method properly but I found topic with similar problem, where it was said that I should use this method taking only the linear portion from the middle part of the curve. I did it but the young modulus and yield strength I evaluated are completly different than values given for 1.4512 material in literature. Why is that? Am I doinng somethink bad or maybe tensile test was made incorrect and it's impossible to achive this parameters from it? Would be greatful for answer.
