Actually I want to use Ag nanoparticles instead of drug like we use std drug salt. I want to check their in-vitro release by using a std polymer as binder.. Is it possible to check in-vitro release of Ag nanoparticles by using that absorption method ??
Not in the current situation; you may need to standardize many parameters and related constituents and it MAY give some clue or perhaps if your protocol provides the isolated entity,it may be well quantified by the UV!
Yes, you can check silver release through UV-Visible spectroscopy if you doped/loaded/incorporated silver into other nanomaterials. Dialysis tube method may be used for this purpose. For more detail, you can read following article.

I have quantified Silver nanoparticles and now I just want them lkie 10mg in each tablet and want to formulate their dosage form by using std method and by using a binder like CMC to check their drug release. I wanted to ask that I have seen literature reporting the Drug release of metallic nanoparticle and binder only. So I wanted to ask is it possible what I'm Thinking???

You may try what you are thinking. But you should check the compatibility of silver nps and binder before you are going to perform. Although you can check release of silver.
