I have seen papers that derive LOD and sensitivity from constant potential amperometry data (CPA or step current experiment), the raw data for which looks something like the attached figure. A calibration plot is derived from the peak currents and LOD and sensitivity calculations are done.

I'm wondering if the LOD and sensitivity calculations can be done using the calibration plot derived from the peak currents obtained from cyclic voltammetry (CV)? However, in CV the solution is unstirred as opposed to the CPA study where the solution is constantly stirring through the experiment.

I understand that response time calculated from an unstirred CV study may not be of significance but what about LOD and sensitivity?
