I beg my fellow scientists to enquire from Government of India, the reason for ignoring my physics discovery appeared in Indian Dailies in 1997. The experimental research was done at the Defence Laboratory, under Defence Research and Development Organization, in Jodhpur for 9 years during 1988 to 1997. Despite making discovery of light emission from radioisotopes and XRF sources, I was denied even normal promotion to higher rank in 1997, while my juniors superceded me. Instead of Merit promotion, even normal promotion was denied. Importantly, reasons are to be known for ignoring these discoveries by DRDO and Government of India.

Enjoy your life with whatever you have.Ask the almighty God for some moments to remember him and forget everything. Things are destined and God will take care . Go on publishing papers/continue your efforts.

Investigate and Cancel all such Fraud DAE AWARDS and NATIONAL GEOSCIENCE AWARDS-2011 and 2016 - awarded in the last decade (10 years) to AMD- TOP OFFICERS.
The citation in award certificate, quote “ The group has carried out analysis of Uranium bearing rocks, minerals and beneficiation using LED/LASER induced fluorimetry with accuracy level down to parts per billion ”unquote, is incorrect and has no scientific meaning. It is very clear that the Nomination Committee of AMD, Office of The Director, AMD, DAE-award committee and Office of The Chairman, DAE , have not read the citation carefully and verified from the official records as well as Author evaluation tools available on the website of google, Research Gate, Scopus and others->-This might have avoided such Scientific Misconducts and Fraud. It is the sole responsibility of Mr. L.K.Nanda , Director, AMD and office of the Director, AMD and also office of the Chairman , DAE including the AMD and DAE award committees, etc for scientific misconducts and fraud. Mr. L.K.Nanda, Director, AMD, being Head of Scientific Organization can not afford to make such mistakes in Nomination of all concerned contributing authors. It is very unfortunate that such things have started in AMD/DAE.. DAE is a pioneer organization of the country and people must respect the healthy norms for the growth of science, growth of the organization and development of the country. Thanks God, I am not brain dead. I am alive and actively working on the project: Human Errors: Its implications on the growth of science. Even retired/ late scientists have been awarded in the past for their contributions or duly acknowledged by DAE.

It is difficult to say something against management by serving scientist. If someone says result is victimization. scientists generally belong to middle class and have little backing from power sources, but work speaks, go on experimentation, publish work, the reward, which can not be snatched by authorities
I saw the discussions made so far. THE DISCUSSIONS DEVIATED TOTALLY FROM QUESTION I HAVE RAISED. Dr. Rathode took an opportunity of discussing his own problem here. Please peruse the question again and discuss. This problem might be solved by top Indian scientists, journalists and politicians.
