Can I assign varying space charge distribution (like y=kx) varying with respect to thickness (and not with respect to time) in COMSOL? i.e in 2D model. If any body give answer appreciated !!!!

Can't you use "Parametric sweep" with known step if it's distribution is linear? I'm not sure i just thought that would be helpful and worth to try...

You can have many variables as a function of independent variable.
in your case I do not think you able to make it with different length (different geometry )

You can make a new variable in definitions, and relate that to either spatial coordinates, or to the thickness if you have it as a variable already. If you don't, you can get that thickness by operating with the features used to define the geometry.
Be careful if the property you're using to define the variable changes with time, because then you'll get an error if you use it under 'definitions', and will need to define your variable as an ODE, as if it were another physics.
