Can I become a doctor for special diseases? What kind of field is the biomedical field?

Without MD or MBBS diploma, nobody can become, medical doctor / physician / clinician / GP etc. Doctorates (PhD) in any medical sciences are for research oriented activities, not to medically diagnose and treat any patient.
