Can i apply bell method to equilize the histogram in ImageJ, please let me know the way if that can be done ?

This question is regarding the use of imageJ, I want to apply the same effect to my image that can be done by the command "ret = IpHstEqualize(EQ_BELL)" in image pro premier. I have imageJ only not the image pro premier.
