I have found a research which provides the results of a regression analysis including Mean, STD, B, Beta, t-value, R2 and Number of cases. I want to add a moderator effect to this relationship. I don't have the full dataset which provides the answers of every participant, but as said I do have the results including Mean. Can I put these results in SPSS to investigate a moderator effect or do I need all data?

The REGRESSION command has a MATRIX sub-command that allows you to use a matrix dataset as input. You can see an example here:

As the example shows, the matrix dataset includes n, the means, SDs and the correlation matrix for all variables in the model.

@Janne No dear it can't be done. You'll need dataset to run the regression analysis or moderation analysis. Merely with the results of regression analysis from another paper, one cannot re-run it.
