Theoretically, GNF362 can be used intravenously, and the dosage needs to be explored by yourself. GNF362 is often used by gavage in animal models.
Some literature pointed out (PMID: 26121493) that after oral administration of GNF362 (20 mg/kg) to mice, it can reach a high systemic level, showing a moderate volume distribution and a good half-life in vivo, and is well tolerated in animals without special treatment, and no adverse events were observed.
