in perception research (Psychology) we find that the colour purple does not register a frequency or wavelength. This makes purple an illusion because in order for the perceptual system to experience colour, there 'needs' to be a wavelength into the retina for it to register. Purple defies this explanation of colour perception. @Hans van Leunen discusses that clamps and warps feature no frequency. "Warps keep their amplitude during long range travels. Neither clamps nor warps feature a frequency. Emitting warps at equidistant instants produces a string of warps that features a frequency. Photons are such string of warps." (Hans van Leunen). Einstein-Planck relation "means that independent of their frequency; all photons share the same emission duration." (Hans van Leunen on the publication https://www.researchgate.net/publication/303988070_Generalization_of_the_Dirac%27s_Equation_and_Sea?focusFeedback=1).

I wonder if this could explain the mystery of why we can still see purple without a wavelength!!!!???? This theory states that every warp carries a standard bit of energy. It also means that independent of their frequency; all photons share the same emission duration. Therefore, purple can be perceived by its particle function, rather than its wave function!
