There are ideas in relativistic quantum physics such as the Dirac's sea that suggest that photons can be transformed into matter. We assume that photons are massless, so how would this conversion be possible? However, the concept is promising when asked about consciousness. I relate this to consciousness because I agree with William James that consciousness acts like light in that it can act as both a wave and a particle. Perhaps this could be a potential mechanism to explain how consciousness can affect reality and how we can manifest though thoughts etc.?
