Please check the temperature of the ambiance which may be in the require range for biogs production., even though the anaerobic decomposition of organic waste is exothermic. Otherwise, try to maintain artificial mechanism to trap produced heat to achieve optimal temperature.
There is no sustainability if one has to provide artificial source of heating.
