I recently inserted a GFP fragment into mammalian cells with CRISPR/Cas9 , tagging the GFP to the target gene using homologous recombination; I am wondering 1) if Cas9 protein and gRNA would be directly injected into cells via micro injection system; 2) if linear DNA containing recombinant ends can be injected into the 3PN cells, simultaneously.
