Can bovine insulin be replaced for human recombinant insulin in OVCAR-3 cells culture medium?

The OVCAR-3 medium suggested by ATCC is RPMI-1640 with 0.01 mg/ml bovine insulin and 20% FBS. I would like to replace bovine insulin for human recombinant insulin. Has anyone tried this? Thanks in advance!
