Can ay one plz tell me for pgp inhibition experiment, is it mandatory to show pgp inhibition with the desired compounds in PGP model cell lines like LS-180 or caco-2 or any oter cancer cell lines can be chosen?

1. does it requre to check the compounds which i use in my studies, whether the compounds are the substrate for pgp inhibition?

2. Among Tariquidar or Zosuiquidar which one act as best standard drug for pgP inhibition experiment
