I am developing nanocomposites and aptamers based sensor. What is the method and range of potential for electrochemical deposition of aptamers on electrode?

Aptamers can not directly be deposited on the electrode surfaces. But, with the aid of self assemble monolayers (SAMs), you can tag aptamers to the SAM molecule covalently and can be assembled on the electrode surfaces.
Another strategy is to tag aptamer in the graphene oxide/CNT surface and can be easily deposited on the electrode surface.

Aptamers cannot directly deposited on the electrode surfaces. However, self assemble monolayers (SAMs) chemistry can help .The SAM molecule covalently and can be assembled on the electrode surfaces. I agree with Rajendra. Good luck
