I would like to calculate the energy performance that applies to all categories of construction type "passive house" and I would like to draw graphics of the variation of waveforms for the hourly consumption of energy during a day, a month and a year.
There is no such requirement for hourly time step at "passive house" standard according to Passive house Institute.
To prove that your calculated buildings fullfils passive house standard, you need to perform calculations with PHPP (passive house planning package) with actual climate data.
Then there is no difference which simulation tool you will use for hourly simulation.
