Identify this moth
Mr. Hussein Salid,
this must be a species from the genus Ocnogyna, probably Ocnogyna loewii ZELLER 1846 (Noctuidae, Arctiinae). It is a male specimen, the female is wingless/has reduced wings.

I think the common name of wooly bear belong to Pyrrharctia isabella
