Arbuscular vesicular mycorrhizae are characterized by hyphae, vesicles, and sporangia. In Your tomato you can see in blue the threads are hyphae and the bladder like structures are vesicles arbuscular activity is inside plant cells and look like trees they are not seen here. In mycorrhizae you can harvest sporangia by sieving procedures and morphology of these are most conclusive for identification. Nice photo.
It certainly looks like a vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, with the vesicles taking the shape of the root cells they are inhabiting. I am currently looking at oomycetes in root cells, so my immediate question is: what layer of cells are you looking at? Epidermis? Hypodermis? Cortex? Endodermis? Some tissues are suberized and would resist deformation by a growing vesicle. Others would stretch, as in the picture above.
Beside the sieving and getting the sporangia for identification. There are DNA blast fragments which can useful using PCR analysis and comparing the results to databases to get species identification. Dear Xuan Do For the identification of the genus and species in mycorrhizae the use of sporangia is critical for morphological differentiation. If you let the plants get over 70 days old there should be sporangia which are produced outside the roots in the extended fungal network in the soil. The use of wet sieve method can capture the sporangia from the soil and the detailed morphological examination can be used to key out the genus and species. It is possible you may have mixed genera and species.
