Romanian acacia honey have very low electrical conductivity (~0.1 - 0.2), and the existing mathematics model can't be applied in this situation.
I think its not straightforward to have a fixed relation between electrical conductivity and the ash content due to the following two main reasons:
1- The amount and kind of ash content depend on the type of honey as there are lot types of honeys depending on food sources.
2- There is an experimental error due to the relatively low conductivity of honey and the sensitivity of conductivity measurements upon temperature.
