You should coat first with a metal using sputtering and then grow the graphene on it.

Another way is to buy a little sheet of graphene and glue it with contact glue, unfortunately I do not know what glue is compatible with graphene.

The simplest is just to liquid transfer the graphene from the growth substrate (previously grown graphene) to your quartz disk.
