My vote is no, you do not have a sufficient sample size to effectively use a jackknife method. What are you trying to do? There might be other options.
Sample size depends on standard deviation ( from previous studies ) and the margin of error you decided .
G*Power software is effective tool to calculate sample size for many ranges of experiments. Also, you can determine effect size and power of the test, G*Power is free to download and easy to use after reading the manual, the download link:
@ Timothy thanx also I was afraid of size not being sufficient, @ Khalid hassan I will try this one.. thanx.. I try to see if I collected enough species within a station which is sampled from 12 quadrats... i have 10 stations in total so maybe i can do the overall calculation for 120 replicates at once only... also I dont know how to produce graph... R software gave me estimation but graph option is not there...
