We are testing a natural coccidiostat and we have to test in against a mixture of Eimeria acervulina, E.maxima and E.tenella. We had a source of infective material but it is not available anymore. In principle, at this time. we cannot propagate them and we need quite a high number of oocysts. If they can be supplied for free it would be great. Alternatively we could pay for them a certain amount.

thanls for your answer. Of course we could look for them in naturally infected animals but (surely i was not very explicit) in this case it was jus a hurry. We had to start the trial as soon as possible and therefore the supply I need is of isolated pure strains, a and in a significant number. We plan o infected ca. 300 broilers with 6.5 x10^4 sporulated oocysts each animal.

Yes, but the oocysts used in live vaccines belong to isolates with differential characteristics (f.i. they are precocious) and they do no represent the behavior of field strains.
