In the perspective of a sustainable development, cities ought to be studied in a comprehensive manner taking into account many interrelations between various urban issues. This can be achieved by identifying and extracting the knowledge underlying in related data and models. I am exploring the existing methods to semantically enrich 3D city models.

Thanks for your answer Mr. Govindaraj... I am comfortable in 3D Modeling by both the means: photogrammetry and laser scanning.. but association of sematic infromation (regarding city furnture) on specific model component is a problem for me. Again thanks for your valuable suggestion..
I dont understand what you mean with "semantically enrich 3D city models". Can you explain more your question?
In Austria, we try to semantically link objects to each other for the use by blind persons. Could such ideas help for your purposes?
