Impact factor of journal should be at-least (0.1-0.5). please help me out?

inopen access you can try Int J Nanomedicine. If synthesis and characterization are well described you can try Eur J Pharm Sci or Int J Pharm (more easy if you have vivo data). These have all an IF>3.5 so you need to submitt a very good manuscript.
There are lot of journals present depends upon your quality of work. You can see my profile. You may try in RSC advances, Nanotechnology, JMC B or Colloid and surface B with average quality of works.
i am sure will publish your work in Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering

A lot of journals publish these articles, such as Chemosphere, RSC advances, NanoImpact, et al., which largely depend on the quality of your work. But I do suggest the authors could apply statistical analysis to find more suitable journal or by use of Find Journals (https://journalfinder.elsevier.com/).
