Can anyone suggest reliable reading materials (book and journal papers) which elaborate the method to do Latent Class Cluster Models?

I will need reading materials (book and journal papers) that elaborate the method to do Latent Class Cluster Models.

I am also planning to use LatentGold software to do the same. Any suggestions on that?
