I'll be honest, it looks like you've just adjusted the focus on the microscope to show you the underside of the plate rather than the surface the cells are on.
In which case it's just "dust & debris that naturally accumulate on surfaces you are not specifically trying to keep entirely clean".
Yes John Hildyard, but my concern is that they are not floating and are forming patterns/colonies. What could be the reason then ? Does that happen with debris if so why ?
Yeah, it's on the bottom. That ring in image 2 is a classic feature of evaporation (of PBS/culture media): thin ring of crystallised salts round the edge and a big crystal in the middle.
Notice when your cells are in focus the "debris" isn't, and vice versa. Try wiping the underside of your plate with a tissue moistened with 70% ethanol and see if the 'debris' moves/changes. It should.
