Can anyone suggest me latest topics and their details for research in Internet of Things IOT?
I can't prescribe specific research topic (because it depends on your personal interest & which industry vertical you want to focus at) but I can suggest my point of view on IOT research area that might contribute to knowledge sharing.
Personally I see there is a knowledge gap to combine both IOT and Big Data Analytics to enable all business solutions to offer as a On-Demand Service or True Pay Per Use Consumption Model.
E.g. we can put IOT sensors / actuators on high value assets / resources to meter their usage, send the data back to edge or DC or Cloud for big data analytics so that insight & prediction can be achieved to predict & optimize future resources usage or JIT manufacturing / operations - this is to avoid under or over-provisioning and minimize wastage or idle use of resources.
