Can anyone suggest me how can I group microsatelitte data to run in Arlequin

I am using 13 populations with 32 individuals on average. But I want to know is that possible to run in Arlequin where 2+ 2+2+ 2+ 2+1+1+1 i.e can I make one population in one group to estimate AMOVA.

I am looking forward for your kind advices.

Hi Rakeb

At the end of your input file (.arp) you need a [Structure] section, naming the groups you want to include and within each group, the populations in that group.

Please, read the manual and modify your question according to what you do not understand.
