I have some experience with using Rayyan, and it seems very useful and intuitive for reviews. However, the free version seems to have a time limit - that is not informed about in the documentation (that I could find). After a few months all the content in our work simply is gone.
Luckily, we haven't started the actual review process yet, but one should be aware of this downside. The payd-for version is 8$ a month, mayby it is worth it.
From what I have heard, people are very satisfied with the EPPI application, it does cost some money though.

I'm sorry, my reply was actually a bit misleading! I realized that the Rayyan review we have made wasn't deleted, but hidden in the "Archive" section because I had not modified it for the last 30 days.
So, I do recommend the Rayyan, also the free version. The major limitation to it is probably that you can only run up till 3 projects in it.
