I have a set of novel miRNAs with their predicted target genes and pathways. Now i have to represent that data in pictorial form. Please suggest me which online drawing tool can be used for doing this.
Try using NetworkAnalyst tool: http://www.networkanalyst.ca/
It provides you the option of generating miRNA-target gene interaction network. Besides you can use standalone softwares like CytoScape.
