What trypsin inhibitor are you working with and what is not consistent?

I was not getting the mentioned percentage inhibition of Trypsin (40%-60%) but after diluting the sample I have got the mentioned percentage inhibition of Trypsin (40%-60%) as it is in the protocol. Thank you for adding your response to my question.
