I was able to set the scenario (code provided) but bit unsatisfied. I would like ghost population to reach near 0 or 1 (time scale) as I am not sure whether unsampled population exists today. How to set the code so that ghost population appears distinct in the scenario picture and reaches to current time scale?
Unfortunately I have no experience with this method. Have you tried to ask this question on their user forum? The link is below.

Hi Shannon, thank you for your concern about this method. I realized right after posting this question in ResearchGate that I know the technique. I deleted this question from my side but surprisingly ResearchGate still holds this.
Hi everyone, I know this question is 4 years old by now, but I have exactly the same. I don't understand how to include ghost populations into the code in order to test, for example, introduction scenarios of an invasive species. Say I have three different populations within my dataset, how do I add an unsampeled fourth one in the code?
