How about fibrin?  This I available in several formulations and strengths.  If your vessels are small, then you could use Artiss, a dilute mixture mainly used to aid fixation of skin grafts to wound beds.  It's recombinant human fibrin and has already been used in human microsurgery to achieve vessel anastomoses.
