I am in the process of estimation of nutritional value of some rice land races from Indica rice (Oryza Sativa L.) grain. I found HPLC method and Titrimetric methods for Vitamin B Complex analysis. But I want to know if there are any available protocols and methods for estimation of Vitamin B Complex (separately B1,B2,B3&B6).

Thank you for your answer. I also found that HPLC is more accurate technique. But I just want to know that, if Vit: C can be measured by spectrophotometrically, why Vit: B Complex couldn't be?
