I am in the process of recruiting patients to a study investigating bacteria and inflammation in the body of children. As part of this study, I am interested in comparing the quantity of LPS infiltration of the blood.

Thus I am looking at measuring lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) in plasma samples of the study participants, and compare the quantity to that of controls.

So far, I have been looking at ELISA kits from Enzo (http://www.enzolifesciences.com/ALX-850-304/lbp-soluble-elisa-kit/) and Hycult (https://www.hycultbiotech.com/hk315-02), but I would like to know if people has any suggestions on reliable kits?
