The link Christine posted gives a good overview of the established digital health journals.
Both NPJ Digital Medicine and Lancet Digital Health are fairly recent spin-offs of important journals and will likely gain impact fast.
Overall, the whole JMIR family (Journal of Medical Internet Research and e.g. JMIR mHealth) has become quite popular as well.
