To see the effect of cell density on the viscosity of the cell broth inside a bioreactor, we would like to be able to measure the viscosity.

- Measurement can be offline, we just want to measure media + cells at different conditions.

- Cells grow in aggregates that settle fast, using a rheometer with two plates resulted in an upper liquid phase and under that the settled solids (cell aggregates).
