Can anyone suggest a method to convert HPLC method (Analytical) to prep HPLC?

The current method and chromatogram is given as an attachment.

yes, you can scale up the analytical method to the preparative method. for this a estimated calculation is available on the web site of some HPLC manufacturer. i forgot right now, but I guess it was Varian. the only limitation is that the preparative and analytical should be very close in all aspect (except the particle size), which is more in the preparative columns.
