Leibniz-Institute DSMZ offers diverse identification services for bacterial cultures. The price is reasonable, taking into account that identification requests will be checked by respective curators.
If you are talking about bacterial 16s RNA sequencing and subsequent identification and characterization with phenotypic tests, then I will refer you to my lab, that is MTCC, Institute of Microbial Technology (CSIR), Chandigarh, India. Its not my department exactly but its just next to me.
This facility is also a culture collection facility where you can preserve your cultures, provided, it is approved for preservation by the department here, as we have a lot of requests for preservation and we cannot keep all of them. Only significant or new strains are generally preferred.
You can get it cheaper than abroad as I can understand.
