It is probably more focused on mixtures perception behaviour-oriented but it is in line with our very complex everyday life olfactory environment.

If you are also interested in real or potential consequences of the molecules causing olfaction in the environment look for papers by Ursula Klaschka, HS Ulm. This is a much neglected field of environmental science. The chemical communication between organisms can be disturbed by synthetic chemicals, too.
