I am specifically interested in recommendations related to the column and mobile phase. I have tried C18 column but my peak resolution is terrible at pH 4.
For separation of doxorubicin pl try water with 0.1% formic acid and ACN. flow rate 0.3 ml/min, gradient system B 0-3 min 10-40%, 3-5; 40-80%, 5-7 min 80%, 7-8; 80-10% and 8-10; 10%. Column chromolith 50X4.6 mmm.
