Prediction of PCR product.
Check out the in silico PCR from the UCSC website, I use it for all my primer designs: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgPcr?command=start
I use: http://biocompute.bmi.ac.cn/CZlab/MFEprimer-2.0/
with great results.
SerialCloner has a in silico PCR tool, and is also great for cloning, RE maps, etcetera. Runs on your desk top. I liked it so much I donated to SerialBasics.

Try snapgene. They have a 30 day free trial
Try http://insilico.ehu.es/
Thank you each one of you
thanks
Thanks every one
A website I use frequently is BiSearch: bisearch.enzim.hu. Simple, free and does the job.

Thank you all
for insilico PCR refer to http://insilico.ehu.es/PCR/
you can also provide the species sequence against which PCR to be performed
Fastpcr tool
you can also use primerblast in ncbi.

Does anybody suggested a paper used insilico to perform his work?
