Can anyone simplify the procedures or provide simple literature regarding methods of EPA 846 - 1311, 1313 and 1315?

I am looking for some simple literature for the procedures of EPA 846 - 1311, 1313 and 1315 methods for analysing the metal leachate behaviour in powder and solid samples. But the detailed methods explained in EPA manuals/reports are highly confusing.

Can anyone please provide me the literature for these methods, which are easy to understand?
